Our refund policy offers our clients peace of mind and assurance of our commitment to achieving specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined in our agreements.

Scope

This policy applies to all marketing service agreements that Flowmedia and its clients enter, where specific KPIs have been mutually agreed upon as part of the service delivery contract.

KPI-Based Refund Conditions

1. Definition of KPIs: Before any marketing campaign or project commences, specific KPIs will be mutually agreed upon in writing by both Flowmedia and the client. These KPIs may include but are not limited to, metrics such as website traffic, lead generation numbers, conversion rates, and social media engagement figures.

2. Measurement Period: The KPIs will be measured over a predefined period, as agreed upon in the service contract. This period will allow enough time for the marketing efforts to take effect and provide measurable outcomes.

3. Assessment: At the end of the measurement period, Flowmedia will provide a comprehensive report detailing the performance of the marketing activities against the agreed KPIs.

4. Refund Conditions: Should Flowmedia fail to meet the agreed-upon KPIs by a margin specified in the contract, the client is entitled to a refund or compensation as follows:
– If the agreed KPIs are missed by 10-25%, Flowmedia will refund 25% of the total service fees the client pays for the specific campaign or project.
– If the agreed KPIs are missed by 26-50%, Flowmedia

will refund 50% of the total service fees paid by the client.
– If the agreed KPIs are missed by more than 50%, Flowmedia will refund 75% of the total service fees the client pays.

5. Exclusions: This refund policy does not apply if the failure to meet KPIs is due to reasons beyond the control of Flowmedia, such as changes in market conditions, client product issues, or force majeure events.

6. Claim Process: To claim a refund, clients must submit a written request within 30 days of receiving the performance report. Flowmedia will process all valid claims within 30 days of receipt.

Final Provisions

Flowmedia reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website and apply only to agreements entered into after such posting.
